Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. QuickPay Services is devoted to assisting the users in all their needs.

We are always open to refund and cancellation when it comes to certain norms. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

We stand by the right, at our sole discretion, to decline or cancel any order for any reason as there may be some orders that we are not able to accept and must cancel. Some circumstances that may result in your order being canceled contain limitations on numbers available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing data, or difficulties recognized by our credit and fraud evasion department.

We may also need additional confirmations or data before accepting any order. We will connect with you in case your order has been canceled. If your order is canceled after your debit card or credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. Also, bill payment made are subject to realization by the respective Distributor/ Sub Distributor/ Retailer.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the able design concepts for our clients. Customers are our priority. But some policies cannot be changed because of various reasons.

Bill Payment once made can not be refunded, as we directly pay your bills. In case we receive a notice that your order has been canceled and the order has not been approved by us, we shall cancel the order and repay the entire amount. We reserve the completed right to decide whether a bill payment has been processed or not.
